According to British newspaper The Sun, the Las Vegas club may not be open in time for New Year’s Eve due to licensing issues, but Jay-Z pulled out all the stops and made sure this year gets off with a bang.Other guests at the swanky party included R’n'B sensation Ne-Yo and Mary J. Blige.
