Beyonce Knowles has revealed that she wants to bring her father’s life story to the big screen. The singer said she was in awe of manager-father Mathew’s success and wants his early life to be turned into a movie.

“I’d like to do a film loosely based on my father’s childhood and school years,” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Billboard magazine. “He’s had an interesting life. But that will probably be in a couple of years,” she added.

Mathew dumped his job as a salesman in the early 1990s to help his star daughter and her former Destiny’s Child bandmates. He later found his own record label, Music World Entertainment, giving a chance to a number of other artists.
